Great location on Canal Street

I had a great stay in a spacious room with a comfy mattress. The location was perfect, close to attractions. Staff were helpful with directions. Wi-Fi was great. a pleasant experience! 😊

Great Location with Friendly Staff

I really appreciated the hotel's location, just a short walk to Bourbon Street and other attractions. The rooms were spacious and inviting, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer assistance or helpful local tips. One downside was the elevator situation, as it felt a bit slow and unreliable at times, which was inconvenient.

The fridge didn't keep things cold, and the spacious junior suite was nice.

The deluxe double room was spacious and had great air conditioning. The flat-screen TV and refrigerator were super handy. Loved the private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The fitness center was nice to have too! Location was key, just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Clean and tidy atmosphere everywhere.

The location was fabulous—not quite on Bourbon Street but close enough to feel the vibrant pulse of the city while still escaping the party scene at night. The lobby had an eclectic charm, like stepping into a jazzy throwback with the decor. My room was clean, and the mattress was cushier than my couch after a Netflix binge.

Sketchy elevator

The location was fantastic for exploring the French Quarter and nearby attractions like Jackson Square and Cafe du Monde. The breakfast was a nice perk to start the day. Unfortunately, the elevator situation was a hassle—often slow and at times out of service, which meant using the stairs quite a bit. Overall, while the hotel needs some updates, it served our needs fairly well during our short stay.

Apparently, the hotel must have hired a cloud for the mattress because it felt like I was sleeping on air.

The staff was accommodating with our early check-in, which was appreciated. one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, leading to longer waits, and the selection at breakfast could have been better.

Maintenance issues were apparent, such as the elevator occasionally struggling to keep up with demand during busy hours and the air conditioning underwhelming in terms of cooling efficiency. Sounds from the hallways and neighboring rooms filtered through, making privacy a bit of a premium, especially at night.

I enjoyed my stay despite the occasional elevator glitch and minor noise issues. The hotel’s artistic vibe enhanced my experience, and the staff displayed genuine hospitality. Perfectly located for exploring local culture!

The elevator situation leaves much to be desired!!! !!! Long waits and multiple breakdowns are frustrating!!! A better approach to customer communication and responsiveness would significantly improve experiences!!!
